Effective Date: July 13, 2026

The following disclosures apply to information, advertisements, consultations, educational materials, and services presented by Complete Financial Groups, LLC and its affiliated companies.

1. General Disclosure

Complete Financial Groups provides financial education, tax related services, credit related services, insurance education, business consulting, business funding assistance, tax software, training, and other professional services. The information presented on this website is general information and should not be considered individualized legal, investment, accounting, lending, insurance, or financial advice. Recommendations, services, and strategies must be evaluated based on each client's circumstances.

2. Company Status

Complete Financial Groups is not a bank; a credit union; a government agency; a consumer reporting agency; a law firm; a registered investment adviser; a securities broker dealer; a direct lender unless expressly disclosed in writing; affiliated with the Internal Revenue Service; affiliated with the Federal Trade Commission; affiliated with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau; or affiliated with Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a statement of government approval or endorsement.

3. Credit Repair and Credit Education Disclosure

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the consumer reporting agency directly. You may exercise this right without hiring Complete Financial Groups or an affiliated credit services company. Complete Financial Groups cannot legally or permanently remove accurate, current, and verifiable negative information simply because the information is unfavorable. Credit related services are intended to assist consumers with identifying, understanding, and challenging information they reasonably believe may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, obsolete, misleading, or unverifiable. No specific credit score increase, deletion, funding approval, or completion date is guaranteed. Credit results depend on numerous factors, including the consumer's existing credit history; the accuracy and age of reported information; responses from creditors, collectors, and consumer reporting agencies; payment history; credit utilization; new accounts and inquiries; public records; identity theft issues; changes made by the consumer during the service period; and events outside our control. Any credit services agreement will identify the services to be performed, the time period for performance, the total cost, cancellation rights, and other disclosures required by applicable law. Complete Financial Groups will not knowingly make a false statement to a consumer reporting agency, creditor, lender, or government entity. Clients must not provide false identity theft claims, altered documents, false police reports, or fraudulent statements.

4. Credit Repair Payment Disclosure

Federal and state laws regulate when and how credit repair fees may be charged. No statement on this website authorizes the collection of a fee before it is legally permitted. The timing of payment, invoicing, and service delivery will be governed by the consumer's written credit services agreement and applicable law. Special restrictions may apply when credit repair services are marketed or sold through outbound telephone calls, inbound calls responding to certain advertisements, or other telemarketing activities.

5. Fair Credit Reporting Disclosure

Complete Financial Groups is not a consumer reporting agency and does not create or control consumer credit reports. Credit information is maintained and reported by consumer reporting agencies, creditors, collectors, public record providers, and other data furnishers. We cannot require a consumer reporting agency or furnisher to delete information that it determines is accurate and legally reportable. Consumers may obtain information about their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act through the Federal Trade Commission or Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

6. Tax Disclosure

Tax information presented on this website is general and may not apply to every taxpayer. Tax laws, regulations, forms, interpretations, and administrative guidance may change. Complete Financial Groups does not guarantee a specific refund; a particular deduction; a specific tax credit; a reduction in taxes; a successful audit outcome; acceptance of a filing position; or eligibility for a particular tax strategy. Taxpayers are responsible for providing complete, timely, and accurate information. Tax return information will not be used or disclosed for an unrelated purpose without any authorization or taxpayer consent required by federal law. Tax planning should be completed with consideration of the taxpayer's complete financial circumstances.

7. Legal Disclosure

Complete Financial Groups is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Business formation, document coordination, compliance education, and structuring support are not substitutes for advice from a licensed attorney. Templates, examples, contracts, operating documents, educational materials, and website content should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon for a significant transaction.

8. Insurance Disclosure

Insurance products are offered through appropriately licensed insurance professionals. Product availability, features, rates, riders, eligibility, and underwriting requirements vary by carrier and state. No insurance coverage exists until an application has been submitted; required information has been provided; underwriting requirements have been satisfied; the insurance carrier has approved the application; any required premium has been accepted; and the policy has been issued and placed in force. Complete Financial Groups does not guarantee that an applicant will qualify for coverage or receive a particular rating.

9. Indexed Universal Life Insurance Disclosure

Indexed universal life insurance is permanent life insurance that may provide death benefit protection and potential cash value accumulation. It is not a direct investment in the stock market or an index. Interest crediting may be based in part on the performance of an external index, subject to caps, participation rates, spreads, floors, policy charges, carrier crediting methods, and other contractual limitations. Index dividends are generally not included in index crediting calculations. Policy values may be affected by premium timing, insurance costs, fees, loans, withdrawals, interest crediting, changes in assumptions, and the insured's age and health classification. Policy loans are not automatically tax free in every circumstance. Loans and withdrawals may reduce cash value and death benefits, increase the likelihood of lapse, and create tax consequences if the policy lapses or is surrendered with an outstanding loan. A policy classified as a modified endowment contract may receive different federal tax treatment. Policy illustrations contain both guaranteed and nonguaranteed values. Nonguaranteed values are hypothetical and may change.

10. Annuity Disclosure

Annuities are insurance products designed for long term financial objectives. An annuity is not a bank deposit and is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Guarantees are based on the claims paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges; market value adjustments; ordinary income taxes; contract limitations; a federal tax penalty when applicable; and reductions in available benefits. Fixed indexed annuities are not directly invested in the stock market. Index linked interest is determined according to the issuing carrier's contractual crediting formula. Annuities may not be appropriate for every person or financial objective.

11. Securities and Investment Disclosure

Unless separately disclosed through an appropriately registered and licensed professional, Complete Financial Groups does not offer securities, provide securities recommendations, manage investment accounts, or provide registered investment advisory services. Discussions concerning retirement, accumulation, income, protection, or tax treatment are educational or relate to insurance products and should not be interpreted as securities advice.

12. Funding Disclosure

Complete Financial Groups does not guarantee business or personal funding. Complete Financial Groups may assist with funding readiness, application preparation, education, or referrals to independent third party providers. Approval and terms are determined by each provider based on factors that may include personal credit, business credit, revenue, time in business, industry, cash flow, debt, collateral, personal guarantees, and underwriting criteria. Rates, fees, repayment terms, and funding products vary. Certain financing products may have high costs or frequent repayment requirements. Applicants should carefully review all documents before accepting funding. A lender or funding provider may perform a hard credit inquiry after obtaining required authorization. Complete Financial Groups may receive a referral fee, marketing fee, commission, or other compensation from a funding provider when permitted by law.

13. Business Credit Disclosure

Creating a legal entity, obtaining an Employer Identification Number, opening a business bank account, or establishing vendor accounts does not guarantee business credit or funding. Some business funding products require a personal guarantee and may rely on the owner's personal credit. Business credit development takes time and depends on reporting practices, account activity, payment history, revenue, industry, and underwriting standards.

14. Results and Testimonial Disclosure

Testimonials, case studies, funding amounts, credit score changes, tax savings, insurance illustrations, income examples, and business results are based on individual circumstances. Past results do not guarantee future results. The experience of one client should not be interpreted as the typical or expected result for every client. Some testimonials may have been edited for length or clarity without changing their meaning. Where applicable, a person providing a testimonial may have received a discount, complimentary service, referral benefit, or other consideration. Any material relationship will be disclosed as required.

15. Earnings Disclosure

Complete Financial Groups does not guarantee that a client, tax professional, insurance professional, business owner, sales representative, trainee, or program participant will earn income. Revenue and earnings depend on individual ability, licensing, effort, experience, market conditions, compliance, expenses, sales activity, management, and other factors. Examples of revenue, commissions, sales, or business growth are illustrative and are not promises of future income.

16. Tax Software Disclosure

Tax software assists tax professionals with preparing and transmitting tax returns but does not replace professional judgment, due diligence, documentation, or compliance responsibilities. Tax professionals are responsible for maintaining required licenses, registrations, and identification numbers; following federal and state tax laws; performing required due diligence; protecting taxpayer information; reviewing returns for accuracy; obtaining taxpayer signatures and authorizations; maintaining required records; complying with bank product and electronic filing rules; preventing fraud; and operating their businesses lawfully. Software access does not guarantee acceptance into the Internal Revenue Service electronic filing program or approval for bank products.

17. Third Party Disclosure

References or links to third party providers do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Third parties independently control their products, services, privacy practices, approval decisions, contracts, pricing, and performance. Complete Financial Groups is not responsible for third party acts or omissions except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

18. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Continuing Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate website information. However, financial, legal, insurance, credit, lending, and tax information may change. Website content may not reflect the most recent law, regulation, carrier rule, underwriting guideline, lending requirement, credit reporting procedure, or tax guidance. You should confirm important information before acting.

19. Consumer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reading agreements and disclosures; providing truthful information; reviewing applications before signing; asking questions about terms they do not understand; maintaining personal and business records; making informed financial decisions; consulting independent professionals when appropriate; avoiding false or fraudulent statements; protecting account credentials; and meeting payment and contractual obligations.
